We do not guarantee that our numbers will work with all third-party services.

6. Monitoring & Enforcement

- Restrict access to services
- Report illegal activities to authorities
7. Nature of Service
- Phone numbers are temporary and may be reassigned
- Messages may be publicly accessible or visible to other users (depending on provider and service design)
- We do not guarantee message delivery or service availability
8. Payments & Billing
- All payments are prepaid
- Prices are clearly displayed before purchase
- No refunds will be issued once a number has been used or an SMS has been received, except where required by law
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension
9. Limitation of Liability
tempcode77 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for:
- Failure of third-party services
- Loss of data or messages
- Misuse of the platform by users
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or suspicious activity.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
